I loved this post, Michele. First of all, I spent a month in that part of the world (on a farm near Hereford) about a year ago, and I absolutely loved it! Beautiful, and lovely people who were so down-to-earth. Also, I have been doing vagus nerve exercises since you mentioned them in a post several months ago, and I can't tell you how much the first exercise you mention has helped with my back and neck pain. So THANK YOU!

Hi Jodi - someone recommended Hereford to me this last week. I don't know if it's reachable by train but I'm going to research. I am so glad you loved it. I am absolutely charmed being here. I feel so lucky.

I am SO glad to hear that the vagus nerve exercises have helped you. That makes my heart happy. I just finished a quick 2-minute run of the exercise I shared in this email and I am sincerely amazed each time I do these how much they help my energy flow and pain.
