Sorry to hear you've been through a rough patch. There's so little research and support for women's wellbeing during menopause! Thanks for sharing your story and I look forward to the new column. Big hugs!

What a wonderful new column. I am grateful to you for sharing your journey and the resources that have been helpful to you. I'm in the process of reading Stanley Rosenburg's book and I started doing the daily exercise about a month ago. It's wild how something so simple can make me feel looser (in my body) and calmer in my mind. Thank you for bringing that book to my (and so many others) attention, as well as the resources you included in this feature. 💖

I’m really looking forward to reading more columns like this! So many great recommendations 🙏🏻 My mother passed away really unexpectedly recently which along with the grief seems to have accelerated me deeper into perimenopause and some of it’s more unfavourable symptoms.. anxiety, body aches and pains, discomfort and just feeling so discombobulated and not myself. I took a lot of comfort from reading this post and looking into some of the things that you have suggested. Thank you! 🙏🏻❤️
